Negative thinking can harm you!!!
Negative thinking can harm you, you probably heard that one before & maybe you are not sure if it is actually true. Well, let’s try an experiment: Imagine yourself sucking a slice
of lemon… Now do you understand what I meant? You felt a sensation in your body even though you were only imagining the whole thing… Same thing happen when you keep re-playing an old hurt in your mind again & again : your body reacts to it. You might even cry and please don’t get me wrong, it’s good to cry, it helps releasing the pain. But honestly once is enough, what is done is done, let it go… Some people will say that they have no control over their mind and I will say: WRONG!!! You might not always be in control of the thoughts that pop up in your mind but you can can choose if you want to keep them or not… So next time a bad thought arrives, become the observer (why not make a joke out of it and say: “here we go again, where’s the violin?” 
“) and stop yourself from going there. You know it won’t hep in any way, so just don’t waste your time & energy with it and move on… You can have a magic word that you can use when the thoughts pop up like “delete”. Sounds like a challenge? Trust me if you keep doing it eventually your mind will just stop generating bad thoughts and the well-being & happiness that you will get out of it will be well worth it.
